    ​Israeli Chef Bar Cooper and the famous Thai Chef McDang prepared their masterpieces for guests at the Ambassador’s residence. The guests enjoyed a variety of dishes from both Thai and Israeli cuisine ranging from smoked medjool date wrapped with lamb bacon, Israeli salad, Thai larb salmon, to braised mussamun curry rack of lamb. Then, top it all off with ice-cream with tahini cookies and hair halva, a timbale of coconut cream and palm sugar panna cotta, mango couli, fresh mango and sticky rice.

    It was no doubt the tastiest combination of two cultures!​
