    The Security Cabinet, today (Wednesday, 20 April 2016), unanimously approved a multi-year working plan for the IDF for 2016-2020. The plan will enable the IDF to equip itself with advanced weapons systems and become both stronger and more streamlined.

    Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu congratulated Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon, Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon and IDF Chief-of-Staff Lt.-Gen. Gadi Eisenkot on the plan.

    The Security Cabinet also received an update from the Chief-of-Staff on the security coordination talks with the Palestinian security services.
