New ambassadors to Israel from Sweden, Portugal, Uruguay, and the Vatican presented their Letters of Credence to President Reuven Rivlin at a formal ceremony at the President's Residence in Jerusalem.

PM Netanyahu and FM Klimkin discussed deepening bilateral cooperation in technology, cyber, and agriculture and regional threats including the Iranian threat.

At the briefing, the current reality in southern Lebanon was conveyed, in order to encourage contributing countries to UNIFIL, to support a more determined and effective implementation by UNIFIL of it's mandate.
