Consular/Administrative Assistant for a full-time position
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:30
Friday 08:30-14:30
Job description
• Managing special projects according to the Employer's needs;
• Managing office supplies and administrating office;
• Scheduling and tracking meetings and appointments, arranging business trips and events;
• Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.);
• Administrating documentation: authorizations, agreements, internal documents, etc.;
• Maintaining contact with external service providers and partners;
• Internal communication to the office team;
• Taking part in projects related to administration processes.
• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors requiring consular services;
• Processing and checking applications;
• Interacting with visitors in need of assistance.
Requirements
• Degree in Administration, or a similar field is considered an advantage;
• Fluent English and Lithuanian are a must, knowledge of the Russian language;
• Advanced MS Office knowledge;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to structure and systemize information and data;
• Flexibility in a quickly changing environment;
• Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality;
• Relevant work experience is considered an advantage.
