1. Foreign nationals that have been residing in France, Germany, Spain, Andorra, San Marino, Austria, and Switzerland in the past 14 days and are currently located in Israel can continue their visit as usual except for the following limitations:
· In the case that the tourist does not feel well, they need to call 101 immediately.
· Hygiene standards have to be implemented.
· Avoid crowded public areas as much as possible.
2. On Friday 06.03.2020 at 8 am (Israel time), the order from the Interior Minister has come into effect. This order prohibits entry to Israel of foreign nationals residing in France, Germany, Spain, Andorra, San Marino, Austria, and Switzerland, except for those who declare that they can maintain isolation in a private home for 14 days. The declaration attached here can be submitted to the Embassy of Israel to Switzerland by email with a passport copy at least 5 working days before the flight to the email address: info@bern.mfa.gov.il
Please fill in the declaration for each passenger, including minors. Please note that emails sent between Friday 12:00 to Monday 08:30 will be processed on Monday morning.
3. A foreign national will not be permitted to enter Israel if they declare that they will uphold the 14-day isolation in a hotel, dormitories, hostels or anywhere else that is not a private home.
4. Foreign nationals, who have arrived from a different country and only had a connecting flight in one of the above destinations, will be permitted to enter Israel.
5. A national of the above-mentioned countries who had not stayed in one of the above-mentioned countries in the past 14 days will be required to prove it.
6. Please note that foreign nationals who stayed in the past 14 days in Italy, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Iran, Lebanon, Iraq and Syria are already not permitted entry.
