    ​​The 20th session of the Human Rights Council's Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Working Group was held in Geneva from 27 October to 7 November 2014 during which 14 States were scheduled to have their human rights records examined under this mechanism.

    The group of States reviewed by the Universal Periodic Review Working Group during this session were (in order of scheduled review):  Italy, El Salvador, Gambia, Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Fiji, San Marino, Kazakhstan, Angola, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Madagascar, Iraq, Slovenia, Egypt and Bosnia and Herzegovina.  
     
    During the session, an interactive dialogue between the country under review and the Council took place, where Israel's delegates to the Human Rights Council made questions and formulated recommendations to eight different countries.
