    Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, this afternoon (Wednesday, 24 October 2018), at the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem, welcomed Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan. The two met together with their entourages. Also participating were Economy and Industry Minister Eli Cohen, Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely, Chinese Science and Technology Minister Wang Zhigang and other senior officials.

    At the start of the meeting, Prime Minister Netanyahu and Chinese Vice President Wang discussed a book that they have read, The Lessons of History by Will and Ariel Durant, in which both Israel and China are mentioned.

    Prime Minister Netanyahu and Chinese Vice President Wang are now touring an exhibit on Israeli innovation.
