    "We have lost today a dear son, Elhai Teharlev, in the State of Israel's ongoing struggle to ensure its security, and safeguard its citizens.
     
    "I want to send my heartfelt condolences to the Teharlev family, and all the community of Talmon, and wish a speedy recovery to all the injured. The IDF, the ISA, the Police, and all the security services are working tirelessly to keep us safe, in a complicated battle in which the home front and the front line are one and the same.
