Sail Tel Aviv, the city's annual festival celebrating the sea and marine sports, will be held for the fourth time along the shores of the Tel Aviv coastline on 20-21 September 2019. Marine activities such as SUP yoga, sports competitions, creative workshops, children activities and a spectacular fleet with over 150 vessels are schedule to take place during the weekend-long festival.

The festival will also honor International Coastal Cleanup Day, one of the largest preservation and protection events worldwide, held annually on September 21. A communal beach cleanup will be organized in collaboration with the European Union, the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, Atarim, EcoOcean, and Plastic Free Israel.  Sail Tel Aviv is being held in conjunction with the Bauhaus Centennial celebrations and the annual Open House architecture event.

Yaron Klein, CEO of Atarim: "Sail Tel Aviv 2019 plays an important role in the overall vision of Atarim, the municipal company that manages and develops the city's coastline. The annual festival gives the city an opportunity to promote maritime sports, coastal education and sustainability and allows visitors and locals to connect to our wonderful coast".
