​Boasting the highest number of dogs per capita in the world, Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality is making sure it is also the friendliest city in the world for dogs.

Senior delegations from some 30 countries will attend, including Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, New Zealand and Argentina.
