    International Business Week (March 4-10, 2013) will expose potential entrepreneurs and young professionals from around the world  to Israel's unique innovative start-up eco-system.

    StarTau, the Entrepreneurship Center a Tel Aviv University is organizing the 4th edition of the International Business Week in Israel, a one-week program that brings around 40 potential entrepreneurs and young professionals from around the world as to empower them into taking the necessary steps to execute their business plans and ideas, network with professionals, all while exposing them to Israel's unique innovative start-up eco-system.

    "IBW is one the best opportunities to become acquainted with the Israeli entrepreneurial scene. It is a unique chance to network with peers, with investors and with serial entrepreneurs from Israel and from all over the world. IBW has over 100 alumni who are eager to promote this program all over the world," says Elad Cohen, Vice President for Business Development at StarTau.

    Participants will attend professional lectures on topics such as starting a business, raising capital, managing their resources effectively and strategic planning. They will also be presented the opportunity to develop their pitching skills in front of recognized local entrepreneurs and angel investors. The plan includes meeting with hi-tech executives and networking sessions, group visits to Startup companies and excursions across the country. The program will be held entirely in English and will take place from March 4-10, 2013.

    StarTau is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 at the Tel Aviv University offering services to support aspiring entrepreneurs.  Today it's the largest center of its kind operating in Israel. Oren Simanian, CEO and founder, adds that "StarTau creates positive sides effects, by encouraging other places, such as universities and municipalities, to launch centers like ours due to the high demand of entrepreneurial education."
