Yanki Margalit is an Israeli entrepreneur and a professional speaker about technology, entrepreneurship, innovation, and human evolution. His interests today focus on the areas of biotechnology, clean energy and space exploration.

Margalit founded Aladdin Knowledge Systems in 1985, when he was just 23 years old. He is currently chairman of SpaceIL, an Israeli nonprofit founded by three young engineers at the end of 2010, answering the Google Lunar X Prize challenge. SpaceIL is aiming to make history and land the first Israeli spacecraft on the Moon and to inspire a generation along the way.
