PM Netanyahu meets with medical innovation leaders in Jerusalem

    The Prime Minister briefed the innovators on Israel's intention to invest in digital health and leverage it as a growth engine in the cyber sector.

    The Government is advancing a plan on the issue of digital health as a growth engine. The plan includes many projects as well as future regulatory changes to encourage growth in the field.

    Ahead of the plan's upcoming submission for Cabinet approval, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister's Office Director General Eli Groner and National Economic Council Chairman Prof. Avi Simhon, today (Wednesday, 31 January 2018), met with global leaders in the field of medical innovation who are attending the Our Crowd Global Investor Summit in Jerusalem.

    The Prime Minister briefed them on Israel's intention to invest in digital health and leverage it as a growth engine in the cyber sector.
