The visa exemption agreement is valid since October 10th, 2021 and it allows both Israelis and Emiratis move freely from one country to another.

Important to emphasize that the visa exemption is valid only for a tourist or a business visit and a suitable entry visa is still required in cases of students, job, volunteering or for religious purposes.
