The Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, and Ambassador of Israel, H.E. Mr. Alon Ushpiz, inaugurated today a Centre of Excellence for Fruits in Mangiana, Sirsa. Together with them was Ambassador Daniel Carmon, Head of MASHAV.
